Do you have questions about the coaching or would you like to work together?
hello@romybitter.nl
Do you share my passion for ageing with vitality?
I see great opportunities to work together in the field of health and to connect our knowledge, strengths and networks. And no, you don't need to work in the health sector for this!
Curious about what we could create together? I would love to tell you about my idea!

Good to know
Who is the 1:1 Mentorship for?
For women who carry a lot on their shoulders and have lost touch with themselves a little along the way and who are ready to spend six months working in small, achievable steps towards more energy, confidence, balance and love for themselves. You are willing to look at the whole picture: food, movement and strength training, but also relationships, self-worth and patterns.
Who is the 1:1 Mentorship not for?
For anyone looking for a quick fix, a strict diet or a ready-made plan: the mentorship works with small steps that fit your life and your pace. It is also not meant as a treatment for medical or psychological conditions. If you have those, your GP (family doctor), specialist or psychologist is the first step. Coaching can run alongside that in consultation, but never instead of it.
What is the difference between the Quick Start, the Vitality Programme and the mentorship?
The Vitality Quick Start is a practical first step with a 10-day food diary, a personal analysis and a Zoom call. The Vitality Programme runs for 6 months and combines testing (omega 3 and 6 blood test), the complete health concept and personal guidance. The 1:1 Mentorship is a personal 6-month programme in which we look at the whole picture, with online sessions every two weeks and one live session.
Can I pay in instalments?
Payment in instalments is possible, provided this is discussed in advance and confirmed in writing by email.
Is the coaching covered by my health insurer?
No. Romy Bitter Consultancy has no contracts with health insurers.
I take medication. Can I simply use the supplements?
Check with your GP or pharmacist before you start taking supplements, especially if you take medication, are pregnant, are breastfeeding or have a medical condition.
Does the coaching replace medical care?
No. The coaching, nutrition advice and supplement advice are no substitute for medical care. See also the disclaimer below and the terms and conditions.
Coaching is not medical care
The information on this website is general in nature and intended as inspiration and information. The coaching, nutrition advice, supplement advice and other health-related advice are no substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Do you have health complaints, take medication or are you pregnant or breastfeeding? Then always check with your GP, specialist or pharmacist first before changing your diet or lifestyle or starting supplements. Never stop prescribed medication or treatment on your own initiative.
Food supplements are an addition to a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle, not a replacement for them. Results vary from person to person and depend partly on your own effort and situation.
Romy Bitter Consultancy is not liable for (medical) complications that arise during or after the coaching. See article 8 of the terms and conditions.
